In 1982 GFM founders started they’re business in Izmir, Turkey, making trade with electronic components and accessories.
In 1991 they moved the main business in Romania with same business. Turkey company’s branch is still active under the name of EGE-TEK Electronic and it is active in Electronic LED and LED Technologies manufacturing. Company is a provider of LED Lightings systems for Furniture, Refrigerators and automotive manufacturers.
In Romania, in 2011 company got interested in LED and LED Lighting systems, and since 2012 company sole business in in LED business.
In 2012 GFM opens it’s first office and warehouse in Shenzhen and starts trading business for overseas markets under the name of HongKong GFM LED & LED Technologies.
Since 2013 company become active as LED Lighting Manufacturer in Zhongshan city, Guzhen town.
We produce under our own brand “BM” as well as OEM for overseas markets.
As business structure, we where focused to find joint venture companies on overseas markets, and opening branch offices to increase and create analytical power in the region.
In Bucharest, where is our head office, we started sample manufacturing in October 2013. In 2015 we will increase our production capacity in order to feed Romanian market only by Romanian Production line, in 2016 to feed Eastern European countries and in 2017 for Central and Western European countries.
Since August 2014, Thailand branch office become active as sales office and achieve to establish great business with local companies.
Since September 2014, Middle East and Africa operations have been started by establishing of new branch office in Accra, Ghana.
Since October 2014, new market initiatives have been established in Riyadh, SUA, oriented for Arabian Peninsula.
